Terms of Service

Strict Zero-Tolerance Acceptable Use Policy

ZetaQR prohibits the use of our dynamic QR codes, short links, or landing pages for phishing, malware distribution, illegal content, fraudulent financial scams, or deceptive redirects. Accounts found in violation will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice or refund.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, generating QR codes, or accessing the ZetaQR platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including passwords and API keys. You agree to notify ZetaQR immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. ZetaQR is not liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials.

3. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal billing date via your account settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Dynamic Link Availability & Service SLA

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime availability for our dynamic link redirection engine. While we make every commercially reasonable effort to guarantee sub-15ms edge redirects, ZetaQR is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by upstream Internet transit outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance windows.

5. Intellectual Property & Customer Assets

You retain full ownership of all logos, graphics, brand names, and destination content that you attach to your QR codes and landing pages. ZetaQR retains full ownership of its platform source code, APIs, design systems, algorithms, and registered trademarks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZetaQR and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or physical printing recall costs arising from the use or inability to use the service.
