Events & Experiences FAQ

Questions, answered.

What event organizers usually ask before getting started.

Yes. The badge code points at your agenda, so you update the agenda and every badge opens the new version. Room changes and late announcements included.

Not on their own. ZetaQR counts scans, but it doesn't check people in or match a scan to a ticket. Keep using your registration system for that and use ZetaQR for the agenda, maps and slides.

Yes. Upload the deck as a PDF, or link to wherever it lives, and put the code on the last slide or the session sign. It opens in the phone's browser, no event app needed.

Give each sponsor its own code. You'll see how many scans it got and at what times, and you can export the numbers as a CSV to send them after the show.

Give every attendee the right page at the right time.
