Customer Feedback FAQ

Questions, answered.

What customer-facing teams usually ask before getting started.

You add the link to your Google review page, or TripAdvisor or Yelp, and print the code. Everyone who scans goes to the same public review page. ZetaQR doesn't filter who gets asked, which keeps you on the right side of Google's review rules.

No app. iPhones and most Android phones read QR codes from the camera. To post a Google review they'll need to be signed in to Google, which most people already are.

Yes, give each table, register or store its own code. Scans are counted per code, so you can compare locations.

ZetaQR doesn't host feedback forms yet. If you already use a survey tool, point a separate code at it, so customers can choose between a public review and telling you directly.

Hear from customers before they leave.
