What packaging teams usually ask before getting started.

SVG, which scales to any size without going blurry and drops straight into Illustrator or your dieline. PNG, JPG and WebP are there too on paid plans. Send the SVG to your printer whenever you can.

Upload the new PDF or change the page the code points to. The code on the boxes already in the warehouse keeps working and opens the new version. No stickers, no repacking.

Around 20 × 20 mm is a sensible minimum for a flat carton, with a blank margin about four squares wide around it. Go bigger on textured, curved or shiny materials, keep it dark on light, and always scan a printed proof before the full run.

Usually, if it's big enough and the curve isn't too tight. A code that wraps a narrow bottle gets distorted, so place it on the flattest part or make it larger. Test a real printed sample on the actual container.

Not as a built-in feature. You can point a ZetaQR code at your own Digital Product Passport page, but ZetaQR doesn't generate GS1 Digital Link URLs or host passport data for you.

Yes. Give each production run, SKU or retailer its own code and group them in a campaign. You'll see scans by date, country, city and device for each one.

Yes, they do different jobs. The UPC or EAN barcode is for the till. The QR code is for the customer's phone. Most brands put the barcode on the base and the QR code on the front or inside flap, with a short line like 'Scan for setup guide'.
